We've got a number of different membership types to enable you to tailor your fitness experience to fit your needs and budget.
Peak Membership
The all access pass to make the most of our facilities at Kettering Park Hotel & Spa. Fitness to suit your lifestyle. Peak membership entitles you to full use of the Spa facilities during our full opening hours.

Off Peak Membership
For those who have the flexibility to stay in shape during a typical working week, or perhaps you prefer to swim in the pool when it’s quieter. Off-peak membership entitles you to full use of the Spa facilities Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm.

Gym Only Membership
Gym with classes membership entitles you to use the gym at any time with studio classes. Poolside classes not included. Without classes £42 per month.

Prefer to work out with a group of like minded people, to help motivate you and keep you coming back week after week? Add the Group Exercise bolt on to your membership to get access to our classes.

BOLT ON: Hotel Membership
Add the Hotel bolt on to your membership to receive the following benefits and discount with your membership:
• 25% discount on food, drink and accommodation across all of the Thwaites hotels
• 2x Spa Taster Treatments per annum
• 12 guest passes
• Advance booking options on hotel social events (must be opted in on email)

Children
For those of you who’d like to enjoy some family time in the pool.
No need to worry about the small details, we’ve taken care of it - All our Spa Membership options include complimentary towels and a selection of hot beverages on each visit to the Spa.
ADMINISTRATION FEE: Joining fee of £25 and an administration fee of £10 applies to all membership options and must be paid in full upon application. Application fees apply to both new and ex-members.

Guests
Members may sign in guests at the rate of £17.50 per adult and £8 per child 6-15yrs and £5 0-5yrs, per visit. Guests are allowed only one visit per month and must adhere to the Terms and Conditions of Spa Membership. Child usage times may vary - please speak to the Spa Manager for more details. Nonmembers wishing to use the facilities without being accompanied by a Live Spa Member is prohibited, however this will be considered under exceptional circumstances by a prior arrangement and at the discretion of the Spa Manager, with our non-member guest fee rate of £35 applicable.
