Some frequently asked questions below. If you’re still unsure then simply give us a call or email us with your query.

  • What are check in and check out times?

    You’re welcome to check in from 2pm – if you arrive earlier and need us to store some luggage we’re happy to oblige. Alternatively an early check-in can be booked for a small supplement (subject to availability).

    Check out is normally 11am but you can request a later check out for a small supplement.

  • Is the hotel dog-friendly?

    Only assistance dogs are permitted at the hotel.

  • Is there a car park?

    Yes and this is complimentary.

  • What family facilities are there?

    We have family rooms that can take up to 2 adults and 2 children, plus interconnecting rooms. We also have some larger family rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. We offer high chairs, children’s menus and cots/ extra beds too.

    Guests have complimentary use of our Spa facilities and we have designated children’s swimming times:

    Monday to Friday 12pm– 6pm

    Saturday 7am – 11am & 4pm – 6pm

    Sunday 8am – 11am & 4pm – 6pm

  • What is the cancellation policy for rooms?

    If you have booked the Best Available Rate you can cancel anytime up to 10am on the day of arrival date with no charge. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge for your first night’s stay. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.

  • Do you cater for special diets?

    Yes – we have a team of talented in house chefs and if you let us know – ideally in advance for more unusual requests – we’ll do all we can to ensure you can enjoy a great meal with us.
