Birthdays, Anniversaries and Get-togethers

From our large Rutland suite to our private dining rooms, each is a stylish venue for your celebration, reunions and extra special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays and engagements.

Little Langberrys provides an intimate dining experience whereas Little Harrowden can accommodate a larger party of up to 32 guests. In the summer months, our beautiful outdoor garden room is perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining.

Plus, our hotel has ample accommodation for all your friends and family, so there’s no need to worry about taxis at the end of the night! Everyone can sleep under one roof and enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning. We offer a variety of dining options, meaning we can cater for most menu ideas.

The Small Print:

Little Harrowden - £150.00 Room Hire

10 – 32 people (Sit down or buffet menus)

Rockingham Suite - £250.00 Room Hire

Sit down meal: Minimum number of 32 / maximum of 70

Buffet menu: Minimum number of 40 / maximum of 120

Rutland Suite - £350.00 Room Hire

Sit-down meal: Minimum number of 70 / maximum of 120

Buffet menu: Minimum number of 90 / maximum of 250

Provisional bookings for all events will be held for 14 days. You will need to pay a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking – £750 for larger events and 10% of the booking for smaller events. Your balance will be paid as 50% of the total value of the booking 6 months prior to the date of your event (or upon confirmation if less than six months out) and the outstanding balance 6 weeks prior to your event.

Full information on our cancellation policy is contained in the terms and conditions, which we will discuss with you when you make your provisional booking – please ask if you would like to see a copy in advance. For peace of mind, we do recommend that you take out insurance for any unforeseen changes to your plans.
